Vitality Cleanse

This cleanse is nutrient dense, energizing, and empowering. It is designed for those seeking a full body reset and detoxification. 

The Vitality Cleanse consists of 6 juices and 2 shots which are all to be consumed in one day. You can customize your juice cleanse by additional cleanse days, up to 3 days.

Instructions

We recommend spacing the juices from your cleanse evenly throughout the day. 

For example:

Ginger Shot (AM)

Mother Earth Juice (AM) 

Celery Juice (AM) 

Harvest Juice (Mid-Day) 

Beet Juice (Mid-Day) 

Mother Earth Juice (PM) 

Firefly Juice (PM)

Immunity Shot (PM)

Additionally, be sure to continue drinking water and limit food intake to small portions of whole foods.
