What if I get hungry?

Our cleanses are packed with nutrients to nourish the body, and a cleanse allows time for your body to rest, restore, and detox. However, if you get hungry, it's also OK to listen to your body and eat, especially if you are new to juice cleansing.

Do I need to still drink water?

YES! Please continue to drink lots of water throughout the day. It helps to keep you hydrated and supports the detoxification process.

Can I drink coffee or other caffeine?

We recommend not drinking coffee during your cleanse for a variety of reasons, but that is a personal choice.

Should I eat different before my cleanse?

Experts recommend limiting caffeine, sugar, and processed foods a few days before your cleanse when possible. It helps to get your body ready for the fast ahead. Don't worry though! A juice cleanse will always be beneficial and can meet you right where you're at!
